Frequently asked questions
Can I combine programmes?
Yes. Many clients start with the team alignment workshop and then send individual leaders to the decision-making intensive or coaching programme. We offer a 10% loyalty discount on the second booking when both are confirmed within six months.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 21 days before the programme start date receive a full refund. Between 7 and 21 days, a 50% fee applies. Within 7 days, the full fee is retained. You may substitute a different participant at any time without charge.
Do you offer remote delivery?
The decision-making intensive is delivered in person only because the simulations require face-to-face interaction. The team alignment workshop can be delivered remotely for teams spread across multiple locations. Executive coaching sessions are available via video call or in person.
How far in advance should I book?
The decision-making intensive runs quarterly with fixed dates. We recommend booking at least eight weeks ahead as cohorts fill quickly. The team alignment workshop is scheduled around your team's availability, so lead time depends on diary alignment. Coaching can begin within two weeks of signing the agreement.
Is VAT charged on all programmes?
Yes, VAT at the standard UK rate of 20% is added to all prices shown. Your invoice will itemise the net amount and VAT separately.
Tailored programmes
If none of the standard options fits your situation, we design bespoke programmes for organisations with specific requirements. Past examples include a three-month leadership immersion for a newly formed executive committee at a financial services firm and a one-day crisis leadership simulation for an NHS trust board.
Tailored programmes start from £8,000 plus VAT. The price depends on the number of participants, the duration and whether we need to develop new simulation materials. We provide a detailed proposal within 48 hours of a scoping call.
