Before you get in touch
It helps if you can tell us a few things upfront: how many people you want to train, what seniority level they sit at, whether you have specific dates in mind and what outcome you are hoping for. The more detail you share, the more useful our initial response will be.
If you are not sure which programme is right, that is fine. Many of our clients begin with a 30-minute scoping call. During that call we ask about your organisation's structure, the challenges your leadership team faces and what good would look like in six months. Based on that conversation we recommend one or a combination of our programmes.
We do not use high-pressure sales tactics. You will speak directly with Rachel or James, not a sales team. They will give you an honest assessment of whether our programmes are a good fit. If they are not, they will tell you and, where possible, suggest an alternative provider.
Visiting our training facility
Our facility is located at 478 Princes Street in Vandervort-Wintheiser-le-Walker. The building includes two purpose-built training rooms, a breakout lounge and a small kitchen. If you are considering the decision-making intensive, you are welcome to visit beforehand to see the space and meet the team.
The nearest rail station is a 12-minute taxi ride away. We can arrange transfers for programme participants arriving by train. There is free parking on site for up to 10 vehicles.
